Note: After you submit your registration form, check your email SPAM or Junk Mail folder for the verification email sent to you. Downloading the Food Security Proclamation can only be completed once you have registered.

Please complete for the registration form which will send you an email to request you confirm your email address. It will then take you to the download page. Once you have downloaded the Proclamation document, be sure to fill out the date and author details, along with your address. Then have someone over 18yrs of age witness it by placing their signature at the bottom. You may also have it endorsed by anyone you feel is significant enough to sign your form. It could be the local fruit shop owner, the CEO of a corporation, local councilor or the Mayor. Don’t forget to tell them they can complete their own declaration at:  www.FoodSecurityProclamation.org.

All lovers of food, must register to download the Food Security Proclamation for signing.
